Additional Options

Perforation $20.00+ $0.01/piece A straight row of tiny holes punched in the paper so that a part can be torn off easily. This perforation row goes completely across the sheet from one side to the other.

BANDING BANDING

Corner Rounding $20.00+ $0.01/piece Corner Rounding is an option that will remove the sharp corners on your print job and add a 1/4 inch radius to business cards and a 3/8 inch radius to all other products.

DIGITAL PROOF $5.00 Please select this option if you would like to have a digital copy of your print job emailed back to you for approval. This is not for color matching purposes.

FOLDING $20.00+ $0.50/piece Please select this option if you would like your print job folded. There are several different methods for folding your print job so please be sure to choose the right one.

SCORE $17.00+ $0.01/piece A score is an indentation in the surface of the paper that weakens the surface and makes it possible for the paper to fold. This is required for card stock such as 12pt and 16pt and optional on thinner paper stocks to avoid cracking in the paper.

Shrink Wrapping Have your product bundled in specific individual quantity packages with plastic wrap. Please choose the amount you would like in each bundle.

TURNAROUND TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED

All of our turnaround times are estimates only and NOT guarantees. Please keep in mind that there are several different things that can go wrong with the printing process that are out of our control. The turnaround times that we give are based on actual statistics of jobs we have done in the past and are NOT guaranteed. Under no circumstances will a refund be honored for a delay in our estimated turnaround time.

COLORS ARE NOT GUARANTEED

Because of limitations with our printing process, as well as neighboring image ink requirements, the accuracy of color reproduction is not guaranteed and by placing an order with us you agree to this limitation. We accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece. Under no circumstances will a refund or reprint be honored for color variations that have occurred during the printing process.

CUTTING & SIZE LIMITATIONS

Because of limitations with our printing process, the accuracy of cutting is not guaranteed and by placing an order with us you agree to this limitation. All jobs are printed at the size that is ordered, but they are cut inside slightly to avoid excess from the job next to it. We accept no responsibility for size variations below or above 1/16" to 1/8". The cuts can also slide up, down, left, or right 1/16" to 1/8" in either direction. So we strongly recommend that you do not use borders on your print job. Since the cuts may be off slightly by as much as 1/8", folds, perforations, and score lines may also be off by as much as 1/8". Under no circumstances will a refund or reprint be honored for cutting or size variations that have occurred during the printing process within these specifications. What is Bleed?

QUANTITY VARIATIONS

Most of the time we will print slightly more than what you ordered, for no additional charge. As printing industry trade standards allow for underages of up to 10%, sometimes we will print slightly fewer pieces than you ordered. If you are doing a mailing and need to receive the exact amount ordered, it is best to communicate this to someone in our production department at the time you place your order. Under no circumstances will a refund or reprint be honored for a quantity that was shorted less than 10%.

COPY & DESIGN ERRORS

By the time your job gets in our hands and we are ready to go to print, all edits should be finalized, the copy carefully proofread and all design issues should be settled. We will not take responsibility for any copy or design errors committed on your part. We are also not responsible for any wrong dates or misspelled words in files submitted by customer or jobs approved by customer upon design completion. Under no circumstances will a refund or reprint be honored for an error in the file submitted or the design that was approved.

NATIONWIDE SHIPPING

We will not be responsible for shipping delays or lost shipments caused by third party shipping companies. Under no circumstances will a refund or reprint be honored for a shipping delay or lost shipment.

PAYMENT IN ADVANCE

All of our orders must be paid in advance with either cash, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Personal or business checks will not be accepted. There are absolutely no exceptions. Under no circumstances will we be held responsible for delayed production of a job due to non-payment.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

There is absolutely no way to cancel the order. Under no circumstances will a refund be honored. There are absolutely no exceptions. Customer agrees that by placing an order with us, the Customer has incurred and is paying for services provided and that regardless of whether the Customer refuses to take delivery of such product ordered, 4Print.com has rendered a service for which it shall be paid in full. The Customer agrees that by placing any such order, the Customer will not cancel or terminate the order or refuse any such payment for the services provided. In addition, the Customer authorizes 4Print.com to use these terms and conditions with any credit card company or financial institution to establish that Customer is not allowed to cancel any such order and that any such charge-back is improper.

SERVICES AND CONDITIONS OF USE

As part of our service, we agree to provide you with information and other services that we may decide to offer, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Upon notice published through this website, we may modify these terms and conditions at any time.
